MEP UPGRADE

Virginia Theological Seminary Central Campus HVAC Plant-Alexandria, VA

PEG provided the MEP systems design for the new campus central HVAC plant system. The design included campus underground distribution piping and mechanical modifications for 17 campus buildings including dormitories, academic buildings, visitor center, historic chapel and other miscellaneous administrative buildings to be connected to the new campus central plant.

The Broadmoor Co-Op Apartments-Washington, D.C.

PEG provided the MEP systems design for the electrical service upgrade for this existing 9-story historic building. PEG’s efforts included existing conditions evaluations and coordination with the building Co-Operative Board of Directors during the design process. 

Town Square Towers Co-Op -Washington, D.C.

PEG completed the evaluation of the HVAC systems for this high-rise building which consists of 271 residential units and 3 commercial spaces. The evaluation resulted in complete upgrading of the heating & cooling plants PEG recently completed the design of heating and cooling system pipe risers and fan coil units replacement. 

2029 Connecticut Ave, N.W. Washington, DC

PEG provided the upgrading of building electrical service (2500A, 120/208v) for twenty-five condominium units. The service was upgraded to provide a safe electrical distribution system for the building as well as to provide for future air conditioning load. 

2101 Connecticut Avenue, N.W. Washington, D.C.

PEG recently completed the MEP design for the complete system upgrade servicing the 64-unit high-end condominium building. PEG provided the design of the MEP systems for the replacement and/or upgrade of the building’s fire alarm system, the HVAC system serving the corridors and several key areas, as well as designing for the upgrading of the building’s generator. 

Topaz House Bethesda, MD

PEG is currently upgrading two 4,000 amps building electrical services for Topaz House. The service is being upgraded to provide a safe electrical distribution system for the building as well as to provide for future upgrading. 

Calvert House N.W. - Washington, DC

PEG completed the evaluation of the HVAC systems for the 271 unit apartment building and design of central plant upgrading . Construction was recently completed on the heating plant upgrading as well as the lobby and corridors HVAC systems replacement.
