PEG provided the MEP design for a new 20,000 square foot library to replace the existing facility. In addition to the library space, the design included a community meeting area as well as shared public usage area. Project was awarded LEED Gold Certification.

PEG provided the MEP design for the renovation and addition to the existing library to create a new 18,000 square foot library. The design included the library, administrative offices and a community meeting space. The project was awarded LEED NC Gold Certification and also awarded “Honorable Mention” by Fairfax County Exceptional Design. 

PEG provided MEP systems design for a new 30,000 SF competition squash court complex addition to the existing UVA indoor tennis sports complex. The design is current under review by USGBC LEED 3.0 NC with Silver accreditation targeted. The building design includes the use of high efficiency HVAC systems, improved building envelope, water reduction systems and lighting control strategies.

PEG provided the MEP design for the renovation & addition to an existing animal shelter for this 30,000 square foot facility. The building’s design includes a vet clinic, kennels, police sub-station and community meeting area. The design was phased to accommodate occupancy during construction as well as implementation of Green Building practices and was designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
