PEG performed the design of the MEP systems for the base building and tenant fit-out of a new office/warehouse building consisting of 55,000 square feet, which was certified Gold by the LEED scoring system. Our green building design secured 33% of the LEED points to certify the building for Gold and was the first Gold C.I. certification in Virginia. 

The John Glenn Center for Science Education by NSTA- Arlington, VA

PEG performed the design of the MEP systems for a 90,000 plus square foot office building. The building includes three levels of underground parking garage, ground level retail space, four floors of office tenant space, and a top floor conference center with balcony terrace space. The design includes the implementation of Green Building practices and is targeted to achieve LEED platinum certification.

Virtue Grain & Feed Restaurant-Alexandria, VA

PEG designed the MEP systems for a new full service bar and restaurant facility totaling 8,000 square feet in an existing building along the Potomac River waterfront in Old Town Alexandria, VA. 

Paul Bakery - Washington, DC

PEG designed the MEP systems in connection with the complete renovation of the existing facility for the new multi-level restaurant in Georgetown, Washington, DC.
