PEG provided the MEP systems design for a new 27,000 SF Recreation & Sport Center Complex for Arlington County. The complex houses an athletics Recreation Center, baseball/softball fields, tennis/handball courts, press boxes, restrooms, concession stands, equipment storage areas and field lighting supply rooms. Design of the power distribution to the parking lot, garage and general site lighting was designed as well. 

PEG provided MEP systems design for a new 80,000 square foot recreational facility which includes two indoor pools, gymnasium, rock climbing wall, fitness area, water slides, conference rooms, and other support areas. 

PEG provided the design of the MEP systems for a new 90,000 square foot recreational facility which included indoor pools and an aquatic center, gymnasium, rock climbing wall, indoor track, fitness area, conference rooms, classrooms and other supporting areas.

PEG provided the MEP design for a 6,000 square foot tennis pro shop and pool facility. The design included features such as a high-efficiency HVAC and controls systems which were connected to reject building energy to heat the pools. The exterior lighting and power requirements were coordinated for the new tennis courts, pool area, decks and patio dining. The project achieved LEED NC Accreditation.
