The design of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for a new three level speculative condominium office building with first floor retail areas.

The design of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for a new four level, 90,000 square foot speculative office building.  The base building design included the fit-out of the entire first floor for use by Shenandoah University for the purpose of classroom training.

The design of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for the new 90,000 plus square foot office building.  The building includes three levels of underground parking garage, ground level retail space, four floors of office tenant space, and top floor conference center with balcony terrace space.  Design has included the implementation of Green Building practices; the building is being designed to achieve LEED platinum certification.

The Potomac Energy Group Team provided the design for the base building and tenant fit-out of a new office/warehouse building consisting of 55,000 square feet, which was certified Gold by the LEED scoring system. Our green building design secured 33% of the LEED points to certify the Wetlands Study and Solutions, Inc. building for Gold. This building design is the first Gold C.I. certification in Virginia.

The design of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for a new state-of-the-art award winning auto wash consisting of a single tunnel car wash building and a three bay detailing building.   Car wash used high efficiency water reclaim system.   The building was designed with train station theme.
